Sunday Morning Seniors Training
OBJECTIVES
- To encourage all active members to attend
- To provide opportunity for all members to improve and maintain fitness levels
- To provide opportunity for all members to enhance their rescue skills
- To provide a non competitive & non threatening environment with a focus on assisting others to improve their skills
- Provision of Competition days – put your skills to the test against your fellow clubbies!
- Promote a fun & social environment with all levels of ability welcome
EQUIPMENT TO BE USED
Training Days
- Rescue Tubes – for Tube Swims
- Flippers – for Tube Swims (when required)
- Rescue Boards (no racing Mals)
- Swim Goggles (if required)
Competition Days
- Racing Mals
- Rescue Tubes – (if required –Tube Race)
- Swim Goggles – (if desired)
- Surf Skis – (if available)
